1 General Terms and Definitions

In this document, "takbe", "platform", "we" or "us" refers to the takbe website and related services. "User", "member" or "you" refers to any person who has registered on or is using this platform.

takbe is an online gaming and betting platform for Bangladeshi players. By opening an account, playing games, or using any service on this platform, you are considered to have fully accepted all of the following terms.

takbe may request documents for identity verification, proof of age, or payment method verification at any time if needed. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete. takbe reserves the right to cancel an account and forfeit funds if false information is provided.

2.2 Account Closure

Users may request account closure at any time via live chat. Any remaining balance will be returned in accordance with the withdrawal policy.

3 Deposit and Withdrawal Terms

takbe supports Bangladesh's popular payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All financial transactions are conducted through secure and encrypted channels.

3.1 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (for each method).
• Deposits must be sent only from a payment account registered in your own name.

4 Bonus and Promotional Offer Terms

takbe offers users various bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each bonus is subject to specific conditions.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. To withdraw this bonus, the total bonus amount must be wagered 15 times (15x).

4.2 General Bonus Usage Rules

• Each bonus offer may only be used once.
• Deposited funds cannot be withdrawn before bonus requirements are met.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts will be treated as fraud.
• takbe reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer if needed.
• takbe's decision is final on all matters related to bonuses.

4.3 Cashback (VIP)

VIP members will receive weekly cashback according to their tier: Bronze — up to 0.2%, Silver — up to 0.4%, Gold — up to 0.6%, Platinum — up to 0.8%. Advancement to a higher tier depends on the user's overall activity on the platform.

5 Gaming Rules and Prohibited Activities

takbe is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited.

• Attempting to gain an advantage through fraud, manipulation, or any dishonest method.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Attempting to exploit any vulnerability in the system or software.
• Threatening or harassing other users.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Coordinated betting for the purpose of bonus abuse or collusion.

5.1 In the Event of a System Error

Wins or credits incorrectly awarded due to a technical error are subject to cancellation. takbe reserves the right to correct or recover the relevant balance in such cases.

5.2 Account Suspension and Cancellation

If any of the above prohibited activities are proven, takbe may immediately suspend or permanently cancel the account and forfeit the balance.

11 Entire Agreement and Severability

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between takbe and the user and replace all prior oral or written agreements. If any part of this document is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in full effect.

If takbe does not enforce a particular term, this will not be considered a waiver of that term.
